Focus Adult Social Care Survey

Focus Adult Social Care approached Healthwatch North East Lincolnshire to reach out to Learning Disability Service Users , their families, carers and support providers that have experience of using their service. The project aims to gather the views of people that use the service to see what is working well and where things could be improved.
